The dispatcher is an absolute piece of trash. Do not ever use this company. I told the dispatcher that I will not wait outside in 30 degree weather and he responded "I don't care if you wait inside or outside, the cab will be by shortly" after I was simply asking for an estimate of time of arrival. Please do yourself a favor and never use this pathetic company. The car also smelt terrible.

Please DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES. We were outside of Target and had locked our keys inside our car. As soon as the owner got there, he said he was disabled and was going to need some help unlocking. He presented himself as the owner of Ace Taxi. About 25 minutes later my husband asks him if there is anyone else he could get to help him. He replied with an attitude saying we called him so it was either wait or call someone else. We decided to be patient. A gentleman parks in front of us and asks if we needed help. My husband said yes. The owner got mad and said we still needed to pay him for his time. So we agreed but he insisted he wanted to be the one to open the door. As the other gentleman walked over to open our car the owner of Ace Taxi decides to curse and yell slurs at him and walk over to him as he wanted to physically fight. The owner decides to SPIT at the other guys face! That's when I got a cop involved and apparently he's known for confrontations. Do yourself a favor and avoid a scene.

Horrible. Over charges. Rude. Calls cops without notice. Stalkers. They don't know what they are doing. I went 5 miles and the driver called the boss for an estimate and the boss goes "mmmm say about $25". That's not professional at all I want to sue. Not for the money but to get this company shut down!!
