Did not pick me up at there scheduled time. Very rude no courtesy call to inform me they were running late. I placed a call to company an talked to Jake he was very rude an made me feel like my business was not important to him. An the driver had no clue of were I was even going because he was just giving me as a pick up an to top it off I waited 3 months for this appointment for my special needs son an they refuse to see me because I was over 30 minutes late for my appointment when Ace transportation got to my home. Will never use this service an will be telling all my friends and family members not to use this service.

They have great drivers and are always on time!
