I have called this company 9times today.  I recently signed a lease that at the last minutite I was informed that the rent had to be deducted bi weekly from ack to pay the rent.  Even though I know the company is in Florida and don't specialize in any rental managment laws and procedures I figured ok.  No big deal.   Then it is being told to us my boyfriend needs to take a letter to his employer for an attachment to his pay to have the rent paid from his pay.   Attention all people.    ATTACHMENT IS A LEGAL TERM FOR WHEN YOU ALLOW A LEIN OF SOME SORT TO TAKE YOUR PAY BEFORE YOU GET IT. IN PA. TO GET AN ATTACHMENT YOU HAVE TO EVICT,win,file for judgement and then file and get approved for an attachment which would only be approved if the person refused to pay the delinquent rent after several attempts in court. This is not even a provedure in pa.  It might be in another state Butt I work at tenant landlord court. So, I speak to the homeowner who tells me this is the way it has to be done after we packed and agreed it was good to go and we started to move. I didn't mind them taking the rent out of a specific account I designate for personal expenses. That's why I opened it. And I don't mind complying if it gives her price of mind. Butt my boyfriend d gives the paper to his hr department and they are dumbfounded. There like we don't do this for personal reasons. Even if you agreed to such an illegal thing we do t get paid to process or setup escoro accounts for anything Butt payroll.  Except court ordered attachments.   They'll process them. I asked the homeowner if it was an attachment and she said no!,  it's just ach wants to remove the rent from a bank account. Hate how it is done. I said ok. This is rediculas. I need to find a landlord that can at least go to tenant landlord building and get the book on procedures. I wanna focus on work and the home and I can see this leading us to court where I'll win and this ah company will be investigated for taking part in pa rental procedures and placing stringent laws on pa tenants. Then to top it off they won't answer there phones. I just want them to take the rent out of my. And account that I designated for personal bills. My boyfriend don't even have enough left in his check to pay the rent on full. I made this clear to her. So if they remove the money before we have a chance to possibly place extra funds in the account. It will constantly be insufficient.if he did get an attachment he would have on his credit report that he has no income at all.  The rent that's not yet past due would show up as a debt being collected. No!!! That alone is illegal in any state.   I pay the rent. He don't. He pays other things. This is too much stress. You hire ach. A company that does payroll for companies to pay employers. They don't specialize in pa real estate applications. I need help now so I can square this away and they won't answer and the guy that did him. Up in me when I asked him what there are asking for an attachment for rent for in pa???  Hung up???📞
