yesterday afternoon I achieved my goal losing 5% body fat also losing 5 pounds and it felt good.This gym has has lift me up into a better Yvonne. The diet was key but it was hard it changed me for life because these foods that I usually ate to access I do not care for anymore which Is great because they are bad for my health. I want to thank everyone at Achieve 24 for giving me better eating habits and realizing the toxins that I put in my body. Also for such a cool experience very friendly and professional and most of all motivating. The team in Elmwood Park motivates me to do more with my life and to keep working on my body and health and not let go Thank you!!!

Six weeks ago my friend and I joined achieve 24 to take the 6 week challenge. We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into but glad we took the chance. The first two weeks where intense and it took awhile to get used to our new meal plans. Once we started though it became a habit. That habit turned into something great for the both of us. In that 6 weeks I was able to drop 5.5% body fat and 30lbs. I don't think it would have been has easy as it turned out without the help of the amazing trainers along the way. They are all very supportive and there to help with any questions along the way. They took the time to help modify different exercises for everyone's needs. The support system they provided kept me motivated and determined to reach my goal. I can honestly say it was one of the best choices I have made in a long time and cannot wait to continue my journey with them!! Thank you guys for all your support and encouragement!

6 weeks ago my best friend and I decided to join their 6 weeks challenge, which requires you to lose either 25lbs or 6% body fat. At first I was a bit nervous that I wouldn't be able to reach either goal. But with the help of all the trainers and following the meal plans, I was able to complete challenge. I lost a total of 13lbs and 6.7% body fat. I will say that all the classes are intense but each trainer focuses on making sure that your form is correct so you don't hurt yourself and if you need modifications. Their focus is that each challenger reaches their goal, and will help you with any questions you have.

6 weeks ago I decided I needed a lifestyle change and signed up for the 6 week challenge. At the end of my challenge I lost 6% body fat and 11lbs. The staff here is simply amazing. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help out giving you that extra push. I would highly recommend this gym and 6 week challenge to anyone looking to start taking the first steps to getting in shape...

This was a tough challenge but also the most fun i had in a while. Had a really good times training with everybody else and the coaches. I would recommend anybody to do this 6 week challenge.
