They went to our property to give us an estimate on a new roof, but never sent the estimate. We had to keep calling, pretty much bagging for it. Bad first impression. Estimator was Dave Massey.

We had a great experience with Achten's! They scheduled us relatively quickly and completed the job in two days. The crew cleaned up when they were done and our roof looks great.

I have called twice to try and set up an appointment with this company. This first time I was told they would come to my house and do the inspection but no one called or showed. I called back the next week and they told me someone would give me a call but that never happened either. I've been left in the dark twice while trying to do business and it is very rude and unprofessional to not contact me.

After getting three roofing quotes, we decided to go with Achten's Quality Roofing because of their competitive pricing and professionalism. We had to have 3 layers of old shingles removed and new boards applied. We were very impressed at how quickly the job was completed and with the cleanup. Overall, we are very happy and would recommend them to anyone who's looking for quality roofing with a quick turnaround.

I inquired with the company at the 2017 winter Home Show. I set up an appointment for a roof estimate as I am in need of a roof this year. On the morning of my appointment I recieved a call from the office letting me know the estimator was sick and they will need to reschedule. I recieved a call a few days later to reschedule and took time off again to meet the estimator at 10am. 10:40am came around and I have heard nor seen no one which prompted me to call and check in. Office had no idea about my schedule and told me the estimator is on a personal leave of absence. I am okay with the first reschedule however, this last appointment with lack of communication or knowledge put a bad taste in my mouth. Yet another day out of the office wasted. I will not be using this company.
