Acorn Gallery School of Art first opened its doors in 1995.
Acorn provides lessons in classically trained oil painting and figure drawing. To date, Acorn's students have earned over $5 million in college scholarships based on their senior portfolios. Over the years, Acorn students have won several awards ranging from "Best in Show" in the Marblehead Arts Festival to "Best Portfolio" in the state of Massachusetts.
Acorn is located in the sea side town of Marblehead, Mass. overlooking the ocean on Tuckers Wharf. Acorn is open to the public and students travel all over the country to visit and take lessons.
