Story

Acorn Hill Lodge is lodging establishment located in Lynchburg, Virginia. Our main lodge houses 10 suites and we host 3 additional apartment style accommodations on the property. Whether in town for one night or a few weeks, you will enjoy the amenities of a hotel as well as the cozy Bed & Breakfast atmosphere. All stays include a full breakfast in the mornings at our award winning restaurant, the Acorn Hill Bistro.

We also offer three rental spaces for showers, teas, dinners, reunions, rehearsal dinners, and small weddings. Next door to the main lodge is the Acorn Hill Salon & Spa.

This is a great bed and breakfast!  A unique and pleasant atmosphere with a first class restaurant.  The quality of this location is so good brides use it for pictures!  Highly recommend this place for a local getaway or for out of town guests!

I was very disappointed with my first visit to Acorn Hill on Sunday, January 7th. They are clearly very unorganized and unprofessional. First of all, my friend had called them a few days before to reserve their large party room for her birthday brunch. They told her it would be available. However, when she showed up they did not give her the room she had reserved. Instead, they seated us in the main eating area and split our party up to different tables. Secondly, when I went to order our waitress said they were out of all the specials, including the chicken and waffles, which I wanted. However, people that came in and ordered after us ordered and received chicken and waffles. Thirdly, we had to wait forever for our food. And lastly, when our waitress brought the checks everyone else was brought their check in a nice cover, I was not. I don't know what the problem was on Sunday, but Acorn Hill needs to get their act together.

Good place to sleep and eat in the mornings. The bathroom was big and the shower had strong water pressure.

Very nice facility.  We were here for a vendor event and the owner of the salon was very friendly and accommodating.
