The internet is great, but the customer service isn't the best.My internet has been down for 3 days.Ive been told over and over again how someone will come out to fix it, but that has yet to happen.Gonna have to cancel my service and find another ISP.

I have always had excellent computer support from this company; I would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends. I appreciate all the hard work they do for  me and the kind way they treat their customers.  It is #1 in my book.

They're work on my laptop was fast, cheap and amazing. I am taking up service up with them soon with their internet work and hopefully will get to write another 5 stars.

I had a PC made here back when I didn't know much about PC's which was one of the biggest mistakes of my life that I'm still trying to upgrade from. The part choices were god awful as the water cooler screw holes were stripped, the processor was an overheating power consuming beast that was sub par, and it was a mess of cables everywhere. They had to work in my budget of $1,200 which can make a great PC but for this store is too big a task. 
If you need small tasks like virus removal I say go for it but everything else I would avoid this place.
