Action Bookkeeping & Tax Service, Inc, is a full service, locally owned and operated business servicing the Western New York community since 1997. As a “one-stop” shop, we are dedicated to fulfilling the needs of all types of clients.

Story

Personal and Corporate Tax Returns

Our goal is low cost tax preparation fees to our clients with maximum tax savings. Our specialty includes, but is not limited to, individual and small business tax returns.

We have the ability to do state returns for all 50 states.

We offer several options to prepare your tax return:

By appointment – Taxes done while you are with the preparer.

Drop off – Save $5 by dropping your tax information off and we prepare your return in between appointments. We will call you upon completion.

Drop and Wait – No offices available for appointment, but your tax return can be complete by one of our preparers while you wait in the waiting room enjoying coffee and T.V.

Mail-In, for those clients who live out of town, they can mail in their information, we prepare the taxes and mail back the completed returns.

Courier Service is available. For more information on this service, call our office at 716-656-7527.

We also offer a $10.00 savings if you book your appointment in March instead of February.



In addition to offering Tax preparation services, we also offer:

Free onsite electronic filing (if we prepare your taxes).

Refund Anticipation Check – Get your refund by check in two weeks and have our fee’s taken out of your return for a small fee.

We offer the Cash Card, where you can have your refund loaded onto a debit card.

In addition to our Tax Preparation Services, we also offer accounting and payroll services.
