Handled my insurance repair very courteously and efficiently. This company keeps you updated every step of the way.  I went back with a concern that turned out to be not their fault, but still was handled courtesly.  After repaired my car was detailed, it looked brand-new.  I did not give a 5 because 1st repairman seemed confused.  I would use again.

This place is top notch. I was very impressed with how they went above and beyond. After my accident they did all of the insurance stuff and set up a rental car for me. 
When I picked up my car it was even detailed!!

Action Carstar made a bad experience a good one. The staff was great and I was kept informed of my repairs. My car looks better than it ever did! Thank you!

I've been to Action CARSTAR twice now and both times have had unbelievably good service.  When I got in a wreck, they kept me in the loop throughout the repair process and even helped manage the insurance side.  My 2nd experience, I called on a whim for an issue and they told me to swing by.  An hour later I was on my way and couldn't be happier.  HIGHLY recommend this place for great service.

Russ and the team went above and beyond to fix my car. They gave a thorough estimate, regular email updates - even cleaned the inside and outside of my car! It was an added bonus that they are an Allstate-approved site. They are dedicated to their craft and provide very friendly service. 5 stars
