I called with an emergency, my two year old had locked himself in the bathroom. The phone rep Kim was so calm and kind as I was near hysterics worries about my child. There was a locksmith David to our home within 15 min who quickly got the door opened and made sure we were both safe and ok before leaving. I am so incredibly grateful to these folks for their quick, kind and professional service during our time of need.

Have gone here multiple times. Have purchased a standing safe, a portable safe, and have gone here for desk keys multiple times. Don't let the older building fool you. They are state of the art and they know their business.

Horrid Customer Service. I drive passed this establishment daily on my commute to the office. I'm stronger believer in supporting small business since i'm a entrepreneur BUT NOT TO BUSINESS like this. I'll make sure to share how i feel every-time the subject locksmith comes around.
