Called at 130pm for a slow main sewer drain. By 2pm they showed up ran the snake found block and had them paid and on their way by 210pm. They get payed by the hour and so for that im happy how fast they did, no issues or backups since. Call these guys!

Called with a problematic water heater and within 2 hours a technician was at my door. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely courteous. They will be the first ones I call if (when) I have other plumbing issues.

We called action mechanical out to fix our broken furnace in February 2017. The tech had told us a switch needed to be replaced so he fixed the issue and we paid our bill the day of service. A week later it broke again so I called to let them know they had been out the week before and it had stopped working. They sent a new tech out and said a control panel now needed replaced. When they were finished he told us they would bill us because he did not know how they would handle the labor portion since we had just paid the week prior and that had not fixed the initial problem. We never received a bill or anything from them. My husband had got order to relocate to a new AF base so we sold our house and left Rapid. Eight months later we finally get a bill. I was so irritated and I called and spoke to Chris. I explained what had happened and that it was an error in their billing department and how unprofessional it was to send me a bill after that much time had passed. I told him we are no longer in the state of SD. All he could say was " I've only been here since June and I am trying to figure out why a bill was never sent out. And all I can do is take the labor fees off of the bill." Very disappointed that they drop the ball and then just say sorry. Completely unprofessional!! Although I do not live there any longer I will definitely not be recommending them to any of my friends or family that still are there. I only gave them a 1 star because they finally got the furnace to work.
