Rude, condescending employees that have little to no customer service training or experience.  The employees are also clueless as to the value of ANY product on the market, let alone the items sold in the store. Actually, I wonder if there's any type of training on the products sold for both managers and sales associates. I've been a frequent customer since 2008, (I use to enjoy coming here) but in the past year, the customer service has gone down hill. A little respect for the customer goes a long way.  There are deals to be found here, but at the cost of sour experiences in my opinion.

most if not all of their inventory is over price, kind of funny that you can buy cheaper at Academy's that what you can get here.
their Staff is rude, inexperience and completely clueless of what customer service is. this store is complete GARBAGE

Went in today for my girlfriend to get a laptop; a lot of their options are overpriced and not worth it, however we had someone come up to us and was very kind and helpful. We looked at two things and decided on one with the help of that associate. 
They have a great firearms selection though like much of the things here are overpriced so I like to just window shop in that part.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE THIEVES !!! I had to get a loan on a couple of rings when I got them back the diamonds were gone and they had been saudered in ! Tried to talk to the manager about it and he hung up on us ! Now we have to go to the police station and get them involved not to mention they destroyed a family heirloom !! I REPEAT THESE PEOPLE WILL STEAL THE DIAMONDS OUT OF YOUR JEWELREY !! They are THIEVES !!!! We'll be involving the Better Business Bureau as well !

I'm from *Los Angeles California* and I'm not familiar with Action Pawn Shops. The items they carry would put a L.A Swap Meet to shame, my Wife and I almost spent an hour just looking around, can't wait to go back!
