Absolutely stellar service. Quick response from the office to confirm what I needed done and to schedule a time that worked for me. Service person called ahead to make sure i was home and let me know that they were 10 minutes away. Two guys so one tackled the smaller project of fixing my curio light and the other took down an old ceiling fan and installed the new one. They were done in about 2 hours. Packed the old light and all packaging from the new and took it with them to dispose of properly. Great price too. Will definitely hire again.

Updated - furnace needed help at 6:30am on Monday morning. I called, they called me back when they opened at 7:30am and Noah was at my door at 8am. 30 minutes later, a part replacement and general clean up and he was on his way. STELLAR SERVICE...yet again!

I have used Action Plumbing and Heating on several different occasions and I have been impressed every time! When you call they send a technician out quickly, the technician identifies the issue quickly and they only do the work necessary and don’t try to sell you services or parts that are unnecessary. Great, great customer service! Troy K. has been the technician working on several of my jobs and he is wonderful! Highly recommend this company!

Action is there when you need them.  They do good work.  They are responsive.  They have done a lot of work for me and they do a very good job.  Doug really knows his stuff.

Outstanding job by Ben cleaning plugged dryer ducts and replacing difficult ductwork that was the source of the blockage.  Patient with questions, courteous, but most important clearly took pride in doing the job right and complete.  Would definitely recommend, and use in the future.

I had a furnace leak (condensation pipe broke) and Action was out to the house within a half hour.  Once they started, they had the issue resolved and the room cleaned up within 1.5 hours.  I was extremely satisfied with the promptness and quality of work.  It was a little pricey, but i can swallow that pill for the peace of mind that came with seemingly great service/knowledge of the situation.
