I found a water leak and mold damage behind the refrigerator in my Condo in Aventura FL.

I was not sure how insurance claims work so I asked a few friends and I was told to see a public adjuster before I file a claim. 

“Action Public Adjusters” company came up a few times when I was searching around so I contacted them & I am so glad I did! 

Joel came over the same day and assessed the damage and reviewed my insurance policy. Joel was with us every step of the way and was always available to us when we had a question. 

Joel handled the claim from beginning to end and we received a very large compensation for our damages, much more than what we were expecting.
