Nice staff and they help load, they don't do delivery or pickup though. Some of the chairs we got were sticky but 409 took care of them easily!

I have a large storage unit packed with most of my life in it. Fortunately' I"ve learned so much from mistakes made etc., and soon will be moving on! i would recommend Action Rental in a heartbeat! I can see they have quite the variety of services. I have been there a lot in past 2 weeks, organizing etc., and every time I pull into or out of there, there are always smiles and waves. I needed air in my bike tires..."Not a problem!" a very hot day recently, my help didn't make it there...the guys let me fill up my water bottle a couple of times...I know that doesn't seem like a big deal, but I was hot and thirsty and a bit embarrassed to explain how I ran out of water. That gesture was HUGE! So YES...5 STARS. Customer service is AWESOME...difficult to find that these days! Thank You, Tammy Beberg
