Action-Ayash Sports Complex is dedicated to helping everyone reach their fitness goals. Weather you want to achieve overall fitness or just manage your weight. AACS has much to offer. Conveniently located at 2400 Kanawha Terrace in St. Albans, WV our state of the art facilityoffers 24/7 access to our newly expanded fitness room that offers everything you need for a complete workout. If you haven't visited, stop in for for a tour. If you enjoy walking but don't like the cold weather, we offer an indoor track for year round use. In addition we have a full sized gym, a martial arts/boxing studio, baseball/softball batting cages and pitching mounds. We also offer a vriety of classes such as Zumba, Yoga, Tai Chi, Boxing, MMA, Karate, and much much more.

It's a great place to get a good workout in, they offer a variation of fitness classes

Been using the gym almost a year, was interested in the basketball courts and weight room. Where to start...the water fountains almost never work, most evenings the courts are used for elementary basketball games while they're in season, they've promised tanning beds since we first signed up but they're mysteriously always a month from being installed, in the evenings the gym is taken over by high schoolers who are foul mouthed, loud, obnoxious, messy, and camp out in mobs usually around the benches where they sip their pre workouts and flex in the mirrors and take selfies only taking brief breaks from that to take their shirts off and sweat all over the gym. Best time to workout is in the morning, but not before the staff gets there to clean up after the manlets finished making a mess the evening before. The plus side, the staff is nice. besides the man children leaving weights around it's pretty clean. It's affordable. The weight room is modest but gets the job done. The courts are nice when available. Gym is usually empty a good bit of the day and never have much trouble getting to use equipment. Wouldn't suggest this gym to females wanting to use workout room until they enforce some code of conduct, wouldn't suggest for people who want to use gym in the evening and dislike loud, obnoxious grunting and foul language, wouldn't suggest for people who expect the most basic of amenities like a working water fountain or stocked paper towel dispensers. If staff remedies these things i'll update my review if i can. 1. fix fountains 2. enforce code of conduct 3. require shirts if you're planning on laying on a machine. SIMPLE.
