My physical therapist helped me to find the root of my problem, the reason why my recovery from surgery became stagnant under others' care. He not only helped me to relieve the pain at the session, also showed me how to perform home exercises to build up the strength of particular group of "lazy" muscles (almost all "core" muscles that were dormant ), so that I can stay in "pain free" postures all day and all night long. I strongly recommended Activcore PT in Princeton!

This is a physical therapy place like no other! After having little to no success with other places for my disabling back pain I decided to try this approach on the recommendation of another physical therapist who told me his wife had gone here! I couldn't believe the almost immediate and tremendous results I got with record therapy !! Over the weeks I got stronger and stronger and was able to go back to being fully functioning at work (I'm a teacher and on my feet all day). Recenty after a different injury I started coming back and again experienced immediate relief of pain and know that I'm on the way back to being stronger than I actually had been. Not only is this a unique approach isolating certain muscles to allow others to fire, activate and kick in but you won't find a more knowledgeable, dedicated staff anywhere! They work carefully and closely one on one ans truly care about your health and progress. I owe my ability to continue my career to them as well as thanking them fir helping my daughter with her scoliosis issues. Thank you Activcore Princeton, you are all so amazing and I'm so grateful for everything you do! Don't waste time trying anywhere else. This is the only place you'll ever need. All administrative people there are wonderful too! Top notch!

There's a reason this place has so many 5 star reviews. It's a different kind of care, all of the therapists are actively engaged the entire session. And they don't address symptoms, they address the issue causing them. They can get you pain free and then help you improve beyond your pain free state. The redcord equipment gives them so much flexibility to help you and it's pretty fun. Definitely worth at least getting an assessment done. One session with Adrienne and I knew it was the best option; I was pain free and I knew how to address pain in the future. Give it a try!

Well lit room, pleasant and efficient reception, good workout for an hour with a therapist who appreciates human contact. The spacious quarters are on the ground floor of a modern building. Large windows look out on nature and let the light soak in. The receptionists are kind and friendly. They followed up on me before I could get back to them and helped me organize a four-week program. Both therapists with whom I worked were friendly and knowledgeable in manipulating the body with the equipment. The goal is to go as far as possible without pain in order to build up the body. I have not yet found full relief of my back and hip pain, but there definitely is an improvement after four weeks. Since I am planning hip replacement surgery this winter, I will come back to ActivCore to build my strength before the surgery. My major challenge is that I know very little about sports, whereas the therapists are very knowledgeable in many of them. That, however, does not create an issue when dealing with me. I have no doubts in going back to ActivCore.

ActivCore gave me my best life back. I had given up running and decided that age had set in and I would never move the way I used to be able to move. Thanks to ActivCore I am back to running and have never felt better...or younger!! Thank you ActivCore.
