Active Adults Realty is an independent real estate brokerage that is 100% focused on Baby Boomers and Active Adults of all ages. Selling the family home in today's market requires a thorough understanding of the market. Buying a home in a new location, relocating and making a change at this point in our lives is a big decision and we are here to help. It's about the people and all of us at Active Adults Realty have been through the process ourselves.

My husband and I were just beginning to think about a move. We talked about Delaware and would go visit it to possibly  eliminate it from our list.
Our next step was to contact an agent. I sent an inquiry to Active Adults Realty and received an immediate response and a follow-up call. We were fortunate enough to be consulting with Kathy Sperl-Bell. She listened to our saga and our wants and desires. 

We scheduled our visit. Kathy tooled us around on a very hot day to many communities. We made it clear that this was an investigatory visit only. At no point was there a "hard" sell. 

Kathy communicated with us often. We scheduled our second visit and again stated we were not prepared to sign on the dotted line. By the end of the day we did. Kathy returned to help us through the contract and selections process. She stayed with us at every step holding our hand and giving guidance.

Kathy listens to what you want and can pull things out if you that you may not be able to articulate.

Kathy and her husband have trained the agents that work with them to be as efficient, caring, and as involved as they are.

We knew we wanted to buy something in Lewes, DE, but we were not sure what we wanted. Single family home? Townhouse? Condo? Something to rent out? In an established community? Kathy was instrumental in helping us make our decision. She showed us different types of housing in a variety of locations. She also helped guide our decision-making process that allowed us to pick the right house. She is very knowledgable about the area and patiently answered our many questions. I would highly recommend Kathy to help find the right home for you!

I would recommend never using this agency. Kathy is extremely rude and unprofessional and yells on the phone. They are not interested a good experience for the client and should be ashamed to call themselves realtors.
