Been using them since 18 years old good service,very quick on paperwork, same staff since I started here ! Only thing that I don’t like is rental car service setup when something happens to your car ! They don’t pay for it they reimburse your money up to $20 a day for 10 days and rentals are $45 plus that sucks big time !

I called a few minutes ago and this is the second time that one of these representatives are rude. Everything seems to go well but as soon as you ask a question or don’t have certain document on hand, or don’t provide what they ask right away, they are rude and talk to you with an attitude. Very unprofessional! They should train these women better because clearly they suck at customer service.  The only good thing is they’re cheaper than other car insurance company. But they will start to lose clients if these unhappy “ladies”  don’t talk nicely and professional.

Everyone who works here is nice and they totally get you what you need easy and in a hurry.  Good and reasonably priced insurance.

I had this insurance some years ago. Never had a problem with them. Things changed and I decided to go to another company but now I'm coming back to Active! And most importantly, they're saving me money! That makes me very happy. :

Love this Insurance company liability will run you about $62 with two people on the coverage yet there full coverage runs about $253 both come with alot regardless just would be great if they could at be with $200 on down range for full coverage even insure one give full coverage for $150

This insurance place is a rip off, they steal people’s money. They over charge people without them even knowing. I only put one start because you have to. I cancelled my policy and they are holding my refund for no reason at All. Do not buy insurance from them. They a fraud and they steal people’s money

Great Customer Service for the past ten years. I started with Active In 2008 with my Ford Winstar and I ready to add my new 2016 to policy. Thanks Active Insurance for all your great help.

I had this insurance just for sr22, but when i found that i over paid this company would not refund me my money from 2018 to 2019, so bascially they suck when it comes to dealing with sr22.
