One of the best schools I've attended. The school population is pretty big, so usually there is traffic in the hallways. It is a somewhat diverse school in terms of ethnicity. Teachers are very nice. So far, I feel that the school is pretty competitive on academics. It has a lot of areas for students to study during free periods. Students are allowed to go anywhere during the free periods. Substitute teachers aren't necessary, so we get a free period when he or she isn't on duty. The library has a group study and a quiet study section. The library has a very nice learning atmosphere. The library is very popular and crowded when it comes to lunch and free periods. Cafeteria has trash categories for recycling, compost, and trash. Lunches range from $2.75 - $3.50 (Taco Salads are $4.00). Lunches like sandwiches, pasta, lo mein are pretty good and could fill your stomach (except the pizza). The salad bar is free if you buy lunch. Well, there are some downsides, like some individuals litter in gyms, student study areas, and restrooms. The student centers and restrooms are not always clean especially right after school. Some don't categorize cafeteria trash and just throw them all in one category. I don't know why there are so many offensive comments about the school. But this is just my opinion. (Will update soon)

Do not send your children here. A terrible toxic environment and inefficient incapable administration. The janitors, nurses, and crossing guards are the only competent people. Teachers encourage an honors grade motivated culture that is very damaging. The counselors are overloaded with hundreds of kids and are overworked and subsequently irresponsive. School building itself is disgusting and lacks enough seating for personal space. Threats of violence are met with ineffective discussions in which adults avoid enforcing any authority that would be helpful. Do not put yourself through this.

Its big and a bit crowded in the hallways, but it's a high quality learning experience. Its music program is excellent. My teachers personally have been amazing, understanding, funny, to the point. Its fairly lax on free periods, but if you have a car then you need permissions to leave (but honestly nobody gets them). Library is very nice. Everyone is actually quiet in the quiet section. As far as the well weing of the students, yeah it could be better, but I don't think it's any worse than other schools. Only real complaint for me is that the gap between levels CP and AE are quite astounding and all my friends are smarter than me. But other than that it's great!

Awful school with multiple suicides in a single year. Unfortunately, many students have nearly attempted suicides because of the schools many toxic policies. The administration continues to harbor dangerous policies that are detrimental to students' health, yet they pretend that they are fixing the problem.
