Top Notch experience every time I have been there. Service is always exceptional and timely. Todd is our service rep and always very professional and helpful. I occasionally haul one or both of my kids in with me (hey, I’m a mom and it happens) and everyone is so friendly and kind to them. Always making sure they get a cookie or drink and know where the play area is.  I purchased my car here and even signed my documents on the floor of the kids play area! I’m a customer for life!

I was very pleased with the entire experience.  We worked with James and Aaron and they were both professional and knowledgeable.  I greatly appreciated that I felt no pressure to buy.  The MDX that I drove home is an exceptional vehicle.  Great experience all the way around.

I had a great experience at Acura of Tempe. The atmosphere is very clean and pleasant. Shannon was excellent. She was sweet and attentive. Overall, I enjoyed my time there. Oh, the accelerated service was pretty fast.

My service advisor Shannon was incredible!!  Very friendly, helpful and made sure all my needs were attended to.  I so much appreciate her offer to hand deliver my vehicle to me at work!!  I very much appreciated.  Incredible service and tremendous service advisor!!  Thank you Shannon!!

For the first time in my many years of shopping for Cars, this past Friday working with Robert Ross, was the all-time most pleasant and fulfilling purchase experience. We started exchanging emails and phone calls in mid-morning before I drove the 50 miles to Tempe. By 4 pm I happily drove home in my new/used car.
