Very thoral, nurse practitioner is super nice, nurses & staff are very nice

Horrible experience, although doctor did seeming caring and thoro, had to have extra lab done because first one come back horrible so they wanted to recheck..it has been a week and I still have not got the results on tests that should only take an hour at most. And nurses act like its my fault and im wrong for wanting them. Will not go back!
