Dishonest and untrustworthy, don't count on receiving what your promised at the time of purchase. You would think for being a small town dealership they would be a little more honest than they are.

Go somewhere else! The city if you have to, just stay clear of this place. From the salesmen and finance manager all the way up through the general manager you will be hard pressed to find an honest one in the whole bunch.

If you do go to this dealership GOOD LUCK. And I hope your experience is better than mine. But don't count on it.

Bought my Hummer H3 here two years ago .
Greatest dealer I ever dealt with .
I'm planning to buy another car this summer and Ada Dodge will be the first dealer I'm planning to visit !

I wish I could give this dealership less than one star. Their work is negligent and dangerous. Their mechanics replaced the head gasket on my husband's jeep, and while the head gasket is in tact, they man handled and broke a myriad of parts on the engine, the most unsettling being the 4 inch tear they left in his radiator hose. It is hard to believe that this was for any reason other than to cause his coolant system to malfunction and to bring him back in for another $2000 repair job. I would never use their service department if you value having a working vehicle. Their customer service reps are rude and do not take responsibility. The mechanics are not trustworthy. Beware.
