Ada Nissan has been very helpful when I've needed to buy a vehicle or get my car serviced. The staff is always very nice in working with my schedule. The service department is the best I've ever experienced at a car dealership!! I've had oil changes and a few recalls on my car and the service department always keeps me up to date of when things will be ready.

I've been a customer of Ada Nissan for years. They have always been fair and competitive. The service department by far outshines the other dealerships in town that I have dealt with. The young lady in the service department as well as the service manager himself are very understanding and knowledgeable. 5 stars. Customer for life!

Great customer service! I went in for routine service they checked and found that I had a recall that I wasn't aware of. Everything was taken care of quickly and I felt very informed. He even noticed that my key fob was a little slow and replaced my battery for free!
