Okay so I am originally from San Diego California and I'm quite used to having really really good takeout Mexican food from the shack of all shacks to the restaurant sit down dine in experience and everything is always authentic and very tasty. This particular restaurant I've tried multiple times and just disappointed each experience. I've tried them multiple times trying to give them a chance depending on the time of day I was thinking that the food would be better early morning late night whichever and know there's no difference. The cashiers or the people that are at the drive-thru window are rarely very friendly. The drive-thru experience makes you feel rushed. When you finally do get your food it is slightly warm but never hot the cheese is an indication that you have not received hot food because it's never melted they give you red sauce and don't bother to ask if you want red or green salsa. Their prices in my opinion are a little on the high side for the quality of food and service. For those of you that enjoy this restaurant God bless you for those who want to try it good luck. If you want your order to be correct when going thru the drive thru don’t come here. Ordered rolled tacos with sour cream instead of guacamole because I can’t eat guacamole. Got home and they gave me guacamole. This happens all the time. I gave up going here for a while because of this issue but decided to try tonight. I should have known better. I should have checked my food. Of course when I got home it was wrong again.
I went through the drive thru & ordered the carnitas plate. Their customer service needs work. Their food had no flavor. I added salt when I got home. Do not recommend. It’s low quality.Food: 2/5
This is a restaurant you go to when you’re leaving the club drunk or returning home after a long flight. If you want real food go to a real restaurant, but if you want reasonably priced, open all night, mid food, go here. It is what it is should be their slogan but I’ll be going myself when my flight lands at 1am because I’m hungry.Food: 3/5
Came in last night after work tired as hell and hungry order my food failed to check and see if my order was correct. Because you already know people aren’t perfect, well I make it home take my first bite, frustration hits me while I realized the burrito I order wasn’t what I order. It even gonna like I had some sas in me with I called to tell them my order was messed up. And let me tell you Roberto was hella patient with me. I apologized for the sas call it hangry if you will. Let me tell you Roberto made me a have a little faith in humanity because even though I could have checked my damn bag before I . He took my info and told me to come back and he would remake my order. It’s been a while since someone has been this kind in the food industry now days. May not mean a lot to most but It meant a lot Hopefully he gets to see this and if he does. Gracias Roberto!
They have gone down hill. Used to be great now what is this? Our chicken burrito is two thirds the size the beef 3/4 the size. If this happens again I'm done. We have too many great options to deal with this. Flavor is still good but for more than $12 after tax they can do better.
Food was ok. Cheese tasted 'off', on my super nachos. That would have been fine as I came by very late and they were one of the few remaining places open. Guy taking orders needs some training in customer service though. At drive thru I asked in English which is bigger, the super nachos or super burrito. He says he can't understand. I ask again in Spanish. Still can't understand. I order the nachos. Get to window and he speaks perfect English. So I ask which is bigger again. He gives me some roundabout answer that they are two different dishes and how can you compare them. So I ask, which one is the larger dish? He tells me that the burrito has the most food but the nachos is on the largest plate. I respond by saying, "So, I guess then the burrito is bigger because who is going to eat a plate?" Rather than admit he's wrong, he walked off. Like, who does that? He took a simple customer question and turned it into a reason never to go there again. Thanks Adalberto's!
I ordered the steak, potatoes, and eggs burrito. It was pretty bland. I've had other dishes that were good, but I wouldn't recommend the spe....jsFood: 3/5
The food is good. I usually order a crunchy chicken taco or a chicken tostada. It's pretty good. The #21 add beans is good too.Food: 3/5
Breakfast burritos are my favorite food. This place knows how to make a great one. Add an extra sour cream on the side and some red sauce and you'll have a meal fit for a Mexican king!
