Absolutely terrible.. I will never get State Farm Insurance again. 
I set up the insurance for mid 2016 and gave them all of my and my husbands information and set up auto pay. March of 2017 I get a letter in the mail from the state saying that we're about to have both of our licenses flagged because we didn't have insurance. I called State Farm and they told me that they had no contact information to let us know that they were cancelling our insurance for whatever reason (I'm still not sure why we were cut off since we had the money and they had been just taking it out of our account). So hello gap to our insurance, but no worries because state farm can reinstate us at more than double our old price... Definitely the worst service I've ever received. This happened in March and I'm still paying the consequences. 
Moral of the story, don't get state farm.... ever.

I originally had no issues with them and was pleased with the quality of coverage and service.  I decided to switch to a new provider (Allstate) in order to get much more coverage for a little better price.  After making the swap, State Farm entered the incorrect calcellation date so that I now have a lapse in coverage for all my vehicles and must pay fines for each.  When I called them for assistance clearing it up, they refused.  They provide excellent service when it benefits them which is not a quality I want in an insurer.
