These folks are fantastic. My son lost his keys while skiing at Stratton Mountain and it was our only key to the car. Eric drove up to Stratton and made a new key for us and was very responsive and very reasonable. The car dealer wanted us to tow the car to their location and then they would charge us $$$$ for the new key. Adams Lock was so easy to work with and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.
Had the most pleasant experience with these guys under a stressful situation. They are very professional and decent priced. I will be referring these guys to all my family and friends if they are locked out or needs a spare key.
As a motel owner, a lock smith is a very important contact for us. Recently, I invested in some new door locks that have convenient technology built in them for ease of access for our customers, and I was very excited to get them installed and try them out. As such, I booked an appointment with Adam's Lock, sent them the model number of the door lock, per their request, and eagerly awaited my appointment. They were prompt to arrive, and in about 10 minutes or less, assessed the door lock and installment approach, only to tell me that without custom manufacturing parts for the door, the lock wouldn't fit. I communicated that we very much wanted to SOMEHOW figure out how install this lock, we were willing to pay to make it work, and if we liked it, would be replacing all 15 rooms with similar locks. In short, the locksmith said it just wouldn't work, I needed a different lock, and happily collected the $135 service call fee and went on his way. Fast forward a few weeks, and a different locksmith came out, installed the lock without any specially manufactured parts, but parts that he got a Lowe's, and installed the lock for $150. I am a business owner-- in no way do I fault any business for making money from their investment of time. In fact, they deserve to. I would have happily paid the service fee if the locksmith I hired who is to be an expert in lock installation I would assume?, spent ANY time trouble shooting and problem solving the door lock issue. If it was a straight forward lock replacement, I would have done it myself vs hiring an expert. He took a 5-minute look at it, said it wasn't possible which it clearly was, collected his check, and left. There was not even a hint of wanting to help me problem solve this issue, despite the fact that I communicated how much I wanted these and 14 more locks eventually installed. Needless to say, I have found a new go to locksmith that has more than earned my business.

I have been using Adams Lock and Security for the past 30 years and both under the previous owners and the current owner, they have always been super responsive and fair in their pricing. I have used them for my own office building and recomended them to real estate clients.
Eric was so patient. We lost the only key to a vehicle in the river. They had the keys made up in no time. When the key didn't work he came out and messed around with the keys for a while and got it to work. So thankful! Would highly recommend
They did a house visit to install a NEST lock for me as well as replace a cylinder. They were friendly, reasonably priced, and did a great job.
Adam and his team provided prompt service, great pricing all with a smile. Very knowledgeable, friendly and corrected issues that I’d created myself. I’d recommend his service to anyone in need!
the owner stayed late after closing to fix something i needed an it was really nice of him to open his doors an work on the locks brought in after he was closed for the day.... i really appreciated him working after hours to help me
