I went there to purchase my tag the lady at the front desk was rather rude. I asked her how could they force a bill on me that doesn't have my name on it but, had several names on it by it being a rental property and one person is incarcerated and her reply to me was "Well you shouldn't put your car under some where u dont stay, you shouldnt be using false information". That was a slap in the face knowing I live there and he doesn't so I asked could I switch the bill in my name and she says no you have to pay this one first. I'm no rocket scientist but, how can I force an individual to pay another person's bill, I dont have a problem paying my own but, someone else's no way!!!! Before I could finish talking to her she walked away that's after she sat back put  her finger up to her eyes with that are u done look. The way things are going here in Natchez this is so not a good look. She refused to tell me what process I should take to handle the matter at hand but, that wasn't an option so while walking away I made the statement you don't have to tell me what I can do but, if I was somebody else or someone u thought had significance I would've been treated as an actual customer but, I wasn't and all of this was after the lady at city hall flakes me off saying you can say and ask what u want but, it's not gonna help going over there either OMG who hired these people can we please get some people in who actually are customer friendly and is willing to assist customers with issues in a polite manner instead of these O so set in their ways people that's been there since Lord knows when🗣😡😡😡
