I can't believe that they can't figure out how to tag a utility trailer in Adams County that was previously tagged in Franklin County, it's crazy !!!!! Even with the help of Franklin County walking them through the steps to take over the phone. Peter Burnes did call me about a month ago and he said he would figure it out and get back with me.....well I'm still waiting and you can NEVER get a call through to anyone at the tax collectors office. Terrible !!!!!!!!

Phoned to inquire about changing my billing address on my $800 car tag. Not one but 2 rude ladies later, my sarcasm equaled their lack of good customer service.
