Experienced a horrible level of service at this pharmacy. Doctor wrote a prescription of an antidepressant to replace a medication that was no longer effective. So-called pharmacist lied saying the doctor wanted them to "take back" the previously dispensed meds before they would fill my new valid prescription. In all my years of dealing with my physician I have NEVER had request like this made before. They then refused to fill me prescription after I surrendered my pills. (I had paid CASH for this medication. It is my belief they intended to resell these pills and pocket the cash.) Their second excuse for not filling my new prescription (after stealing my pills) was that insurance would not pay for it. I said I would pay cash. They looked at me blankly for a moment and said they would need to talk to my doctor. I said, wait didn't you just say the doctor wanted you to confiscate my pills? The pathetic excuse for a manger just looked at me blankly and walked away. In my opinion, there is something clearly criminal going on at this pharmacy. I urge all to STAY AWAY!

Been using Adams for 2 years and went in to pick up meds today that the doctor called in a week ago, not ready, lady pharmacist stated that she was behind on called in orders.....clerk asked me if i wanted to wait and have it filled and i said how long, pharmacist says 30 minutes, not a sole in the store, i said its 2 ampules of medicine and there isnt a customer in sight, and she let me know real fast how many prescriptions were ahead of mine.......from a week ago!!!!. They never have been friendly, act like your just another number, changing pharmacy's now.

 They make a point to know their customers and their meds and stay very on top of things.  Always polite and prompt.  Even delivers!

Some staff are friendly but others could use a refresher course in politeness and courtesy. ..prices are higher than other pharmacies and they close to early. ..
