Great store - has many specialty items that can't be found locally. On Wednesday evenings they have a 10% customer appreciation discount from 5 pm until closing on everything in the store except their items from the already reduced produce cart. Adams has a fresh fish market, deli, hot table, salad bar and meat market in addition to a huge produce section, etc. This location does not have its own bakery, however, probably because they have a separate bakery business on their property.
Of course, Adams is well know for its indoor & outdoor nurseries and farm equipment, but not being much of a gardener and definitely not a farmer, I can't provide much info about that, except to say that I have a friend who is a Master Gardener who does her shopping here.

Great family owned super farm market.. They grow their own organic and non organic produce as well as source out to our local farmers in the area. Not only do they grow their own annuals and perennials they also source out as much as possible to local growers. They have a great Seafood Dept. A great selection of meats from local farmers. The Meat Dept also sells grass fed and organic beefs. Free range chicken and organic. A great selection of cheeses and coffee here locally and globally. The store in general is prized on providing locally made products. They truly understand the value of keeping it local to their community while also providing great products both near and abroad! The customer came up with Adams catchphrase "I Love That Store!" That was naturally adopted throughout the company!

Stopped by for a quick roadside bite to eat one evening.  The food from the ice cream shop/grill was just ok. But the main market was a revelation.  Lots of good looking produce, an adequately stocked grocery section, a butcher shop,  and a candy section that had more types of chocolate than I've seen almost anywhere else.

Upscale food market with best produce, meats, deli, coffee selection and seafood.  Great milkshakes too.  Prices on most items are often less than traditional supermarkets with much higher quality.

I wish I had this where I live! Fantastic variety of food everywhere you turn. An abundance of quality wholesome food. Worth the trip from NC😉
