We offer Acute Care services (Medical/Surgical/ICU), Inpatient and Ambulatory Surgery as well as Orthopaedic surgery, Cardiopulmonary care including Sleep Studies, Laboratory services, Comprehensive Radiology Services including MRI, CT Scan, Ultrasound, Mammorgraphy, and Bone Density Testing. Adams Memorial also offers a 24-hour Emergency Department, Adams County EMS, StatCare (an after hours urgent care clinic), Corporate Medical Services (an industrial based clinic).

My mom had to wait in the er 12 hours. They treated her like she was a nuisance. She was dying from sepsis shock and she had a very small window to get help. Had to wait until the preble tractor pull was over to get her to Lutheran hospital. We asked the er nurse why she could not pee and she told us it was the medicine they were giving her. Asked why her blood pressure was so low and again said nothing to worry about just the medicine. Had a young kid come in answer the bell and he did not know where the burf bags were. Was sending her to Ft wayne because the on call surgeon was out of town to have her gall stones removed. Never once said she had sepsis. The week before we were there and they sent her home,said she just had acid reflux.

My family has been served by this Hospital for many years. I am no novice to hospitals or Medical Care. I've had my fair share of issues over the years with a few things here and there. Those issues were always resolved. The Medical Staff always cared, and the Network they are a part of is extraordinary. For a rural area Decatur is very lucky to have the medical care they have, and the amount of specialties that are covered. I have been afraid of going into certain hospitals but I am not afraid of going to this one. Ever.

My MRI was fast and affordable made enjoyable by the caring professional treatment from Nicole.

My dad was in their care for a long time and they were very professional and very nice .

I went through the quick response, not ER. For pm start to finish it was 1 hour, the listen to my concerns and took action. They were friendly and helpful.
