Awesome service, everyone who worked there was super friendly and had a great attitude. It's a small place that really feels authentic. The food is A++. Its kinda hidden and out of the way, but so worth a try. I wI'll totally go back again.

Best hidden jewel for taco shop food.Chili Verde is delicious, first time i had real chili verde the way grandma used to make.carne asada was delicious too. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Good Mexican food for the area. Friendly staff, good selection, and the food was quite tasty! The chips & salsa was very fresh! Not very big of a place, but it's never been an issue, & they do have high chairs.

Have eaten there twice now and must say this is the best Mexican restaurant in Poway by far. Granted there is not a lot of competition but they definitely rise to the top and would be very close in San Diego proper also. I have had the shrimp ranchero which had perfect flavor and freshness. The carne asada as well as enchiladas and rice and beans are all excellent. The real star though is their salsa that comes with fantastic chips. I think it is probably the best salsa I have tasted. The staff is so friendly and kind. Just all around a great place!
