Ive been trying to get in this place for A MONTH just so i can get my catheters so i don't go septic and die. And in that months times I've had ever excuse thrown at me as to why i cannot get them. This place WILL NOT be the death of me. If you are short staffed, hire people. If the website and the people Manning the phones say they are going to be open until a certain time, STAY OPEN TIL THEN. Don't hand me excuse after excuse as to why you cannot or will not do your job. If you don't like your job, simply find another don't just leave me sitting here and have me reuse the same catheter until it kills me. Im 40 years old, and unemployed trying to better my life, here i am putting my life on hold all because over a month ago nobody thought to tell me hey come in and pee in a cup and you can get your catheters. Thank you Dr Christian and staff for being such awesome people-NOT!

The staff are genuinely nice people! Dr. Lesniak is wonderful!!!
