After reading the reviews, I have to say I was nervous about my appointment. The office & procedure room were a little out dated & rough looking. However, the care I received was excellent. I had a molar extraction with Dr. Lynch. Not only was he very friendly, he was gentle, reassuring, & quick. I didn't feel a thing, & he had my tooth out in literally 2 minutes. By far the most painless/easiest tooth extraction I've ever had.

My son had his wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Lassetter. He was great as was the entire staff. I would highly recommend him and this establishment.

Went their for removal of wisdom tooth, the surgeon (Dr Gelfman) I saw was rude, short and irritable. I will never go there again not even to have surgical sight checked. He literally walked out because I flinched and another surgeon had to replace him. Terrible business etiquette and the nurses refused to give me his name after his horrendous behavior! Go if you don't mind being treated poorly and talked down to. Then ditched during surgery! Bad bed side manners and no class! Oh....did I forget to mention, after oral surgery they sent me to pharmacy for pain killers and they weren't even there! Enjoy the suffering folks and the poor treatment if you decide to go!

Dr Gelfman was arrogant to say the least. Having oral surgery for one or two teeth is gut wrenching enough. How about 28. I know he does this daily but I don't. Neither he nor his assistants were comforting in any way. He got mad because he couldn't get a vein for the IV then got mad when I asked for laughing gas because my Heart rate was in the 150's. Thank god I had my best friend in the whole wide world there and she did not leave my side until I was out and she was the first one I asked for when I woke up. Never saw the Dr after surgery to tell me how it went. Very cold as far as I'm concerned. UPDATE: went to the dentist to have my impression for dentures 6 weeks post op from Gelfman. Well the dentist informed me that Gelfman left a root that by the way is and has been poking through the gum and he also didn't smooth not one socket. So now I have to go back to this place and have a 2nd surgery. I REFUSE to see Gelfman. I was also told all of this should have been done on the 14th of February when I had the 28 teeth removed. It took less that 40 minutes for the original surgery. Obviously it's up to you if you choose to see this arrogant excuse for an oral surgeon but don't say you weren't warned. So my nightmare with this place continues!!!

Terrible post op and they don't prioritize the safety of patients. They recommended I take advil when I described my pain after tooth extraction to them and they insisted it was just a muscle cramp. Advil? Really? It was an infection and I was hospitalized for quite a while with sepsis after the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life. I understand infection is a risk of all procedures but they misdiagnosed my complications, never prescribed antibiotics, and didn't teach me how to clean the wound properly with the supplied wash. (They said swish it, no you spray it on or in the wound). All of my doctors agree that their conduct was extremely unprofessional in my case and the time it took to get a follow up despite my incident was absurd. Very irresponsible, yet they denied that I even had an infection to this day, my paper work from the hospital says otherwise. My advice is twofold if this is where you must go: 1. Insist on an antibiotic and that they elaborate on how to use all cleaning agents. 2. DO NOT get more than two wisdom teeth extracted at once, and if you suffer complications see a doctor immediately. Septic infection is deadly.
