Came to Adler’s just by reading some positive reviews. I worked with (and will continue to work with) Mike. He was patient as my wife and I changed our minds through some different designs. He took our vision and found us a perfect ring that was more beautiful than even we could have imagined. His personal service is excellent and he keeps you up to date on every step of the way. All jewelry purchases will be here. Thanks for putting a smile on my wife’s face!

I came here to buy an engagement ring a few weeks ago and I cannot say enough great things about my experience. Mike was extremely helpful, informative and patient with all of my various questions and concerns. They were very accommodating with allowing me to compare different gems in the settings as well. And best of all, I never felt pressured into the purchase; it was very clear that Mike was intent on arming me with necessary information rather than just closing a deal. My girlfriend (now fiancée) adores her ring and I will gladly be back for any future jewelry needs I may have. Plus, there is an awesome and friendly little dog in the store that I got to pet while shopping.

Despite the number of good reviews for Adler's, I am actually highly disappointed with the quality of work done by the jeweler. I brought my ring in to be resized and in the process of adjusting the ring, the jeweler broke the bridge of the ring. While that might be understandable because of the requested change, the way the jeweler fixed the break was beyond sloppy. I had a visible crack in my ring that you can both see and feel. All of this without bothering to properly polish the scratch marks on the ring from resizing it. I returned the next day, asking for a refund for the cost of resizing due the damage of the ring and the owner, Tom, was quite rude. He tossed the ring the the guy who actually sized the ring who told me, "Look, this is the best I could do". He offered to work on the ring more (which he did), but after seeing the quality of work the jeweler and Adler's were willing to put their name to, I really just wanted a refund so I could have another jeweler help us. No refund. Still can see the crack (perhaps because I know it's there). On a positive note; they sized it to the correct size, it was a reasonable price ($75) and the work was done when they said it would be.

Mike provided hands-down the best experience we could have ever asked for. Extremely informative, honest and provided fantastic service. He made us feel so comfortable even though we were indecisive. I could not be happier with my piece and the excellent diamond choice we made. Mike restored life to my late mom’s wedding set and replaced her artificial diamond with the most modest and excellent cuts diamond that just brightens my day every time I look down at my hand. Please visit this place before making your final purchase, you won’t regret the service and experience! Thanks Mike so much!!!

Adlers is the best! Mike there, has been our guy for over 30 years. All our relatives and friends use them for their jewelry needs. Best service, best prices. You won’t be disappointed.
