Awful service. I had just arrived from sydney, Australia. Needed to have a shower. 4 people at the counter. No one was working. They told me that the shower would be ready in a "couple of minutes" because their cleaner was in there cleaning. None of them got off their backsides to walk the 5 meters to the showers to check on progress. I told them it was important for me to have a shower after a long flight and that I was meeting a client and needed to refresh. After waiting for 10 minutes outside shower #2 of 2 which said (green) "vacant" and not hearing any cleaning sounds I checked in with the staff when the cleaning would be done. It turned out the cleaner wasn't even there and hadn't been called either. They lazily handed me a buzzer and said we "we will call you when it is ready". No apology offered or indication offered as to how long the cleaning job would take. As an experienced traveler with ca 500,000kms international travel a year, and accustomed to decent service, found the woeful service from AA extremely disappointing. In the end I am now sitting in the same clothes as from Australia, sweaty and will have to prep in a tiny bathroom inflight. Thanks AA. This is why robots will be replacing unempathetic humans in customer service soon.

Amazing for an AA club. Service to our seat as well as good quality snacks and beverages. 
This club is well above the average Admirals club.

Super attentive staff that always tries to go the extra mile.  They offer piece of mind when weather blows in and your flight time keeps changing.
