Wonderful salon. Very experienced and friendly staff. Get my hair done here since they opened and have never had a complaint. I always get compliments on my hair and refer people back to here.

I would not recommend their poor services. Paige colored my hair on a Thursday and it came out 3 colors and she never told me. I was leaving out of town for the weekend.  When I got home i noticed it and text her the next day at 7am. No response. I called the salon on Monday and was told the owner would not be in until Wednesday. Called at 10am Wednesday and spoke to the owner and told her my concerns. She replied let me talk to Paige and get back to you. Which in my opinion is poor customer service. Waited until 5pm and still no response so I ended up going into the salon. Spoke to Cheryl the owner and she said she hadn’t had a chance to talk to Paige because she had clients all day. This is a terrible way to handle a customer who’s hair was ruined by one of their employees. Paige comes over and apologizes and explains she has so much going on in her personal life that she turned her cell phone off and no longer has a cell phone. Her personal life has nothing to do with her clients. I requested my money back and that’s where the owner tried to write me a check. I explained I did not want a Check and wanted the money returned to my card. This is when Paige went and retrieved her cell phone which she explained earlier she no longer has to refund my money to my card via the square. Bad customer service and no experience in coloring hair.
