This Company has no clue of what costumer service means,we are a car dealership that deals with over 50 insurance companies for our costumers , and this one by far is the most disgraceful company that exist, their staff speaks no English. and saying that they have the competence of a 5 year old is an harsh insult to the 5 year old.
after 2 days we still have not received proof of insurance for our mutual costumer i dealt with Ana and i'm disgusted by the way that they run a business.Stay Away These Reviews are not written for no reason!

Horrible customer service. They over charge you for everything. They are so rude. One of the employees started screaming at my mom, that's not all, my mom Had surgery a day ago and now she feels super dizzy because her. Will call corporate and file a claim.DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.

I had gotten a car and didn't know anything about insurance. I knew I had to get full coverage but I didn't know what it meant. Turns out they gave me a way lower premium by only giving me liability insurance. Douchebags. Never getting money from me again.
