I went into advance auto told them the exact part I needed for my car, paid extra to have it shipped in two days. I took the part to my mechanic, and after working on my car for 7 hours he then called advance auto to find out that they sold me the wrong part.
Although they gave me my money back I was without my car for the day and I still had to pay the mechanic for his time. Now I have to shop around for the part again, buy it again and pay the mechanic again. 
NO I will not be shopping at advance auto again. Oh did I mention this is the second time that I have come across a sales person with this company that sold me the wrong part? We are done!

The gentleman behind the counter...Michael, rocks. He was friendly, helpful and just on it. Phones ringing, ppl at the counter and he took it all in stride. This was the one on Garden st. in Titusville.

They were very helpful did not just point and say over there. And even though there were other place closer to where I live they did not really give service,. Just point and you were on your own. I will go there again even though there are place selling the same items closer. For me service, is also very important.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. They've been there with me for the past few months trying to fix up an 06 Taurus SE.
If anyone's AC compressor locks up, and you can't afford to replace the compressor. Remove the compressor, and get a 815K6 belt. If you follow the correct belt pattern. It'll be a perfect fit, and viable solution since Ford does not offer an AC bypass pulley.
Thank you again so much guys, best advanced Auto I've ever come across.
