take too long for service, either on hold on the phone and they hang up or they need to order from other store to be able to give you service....No need for a store that cant give you service....Coconut Grove or US 1 stores are willing to help you as much as they can....

Staff was friendly, but they don't have much in stock here.  This place is TINY.  Most products are kept out back.  I guess they cater more to the repair shops in the area that need parts more than those looking for basic stuff (oil, filters, wipers, paint, tools, etc.).

I wouldn't visit this store again. Its a tiny store with small inventory. Staff busy at the phone. I had to wait 15 minutes to get help
