Writing review is not something I do but if I could give this location less than 1 star I would I know it's in the heart of the hood but the Employees who work there are worst than the people.  There is this one lady there it seems she is always on her period she Is always angry  not going to call name but by now you should figure out who I am talking if you been there she is the manager.  I recommend trying the one down the street there more friendly and helpful.

Helpful employees. They will change windshield wipers for you for free. Install new battery,  check engine light. All for free.

On Friday October 20th, 2017 at 11am the agent named Alonzo was very unkind during my visit. I was trying to find a replacement nose that leads to the power steering fluid (I'm not a technician).

 Alonzo refused to take a look at my car because the store was too busy (there was just one other customer there been serviced by another agent). Asked if I take a pic could he help? He replied maybe-not because pictures lie. 

So I thanked him for 'his time' and went outside to my 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse and took the picture and showed it to the other agent there (wish I could recall his name) and he immediately said oh yeah I think I have something just like that. I was so grateful for what he did because I was so close to boycotting this store. 

I would like to thank this young man (he had a beard) for doing his job and then some. He was so helpful in my time of need and uncertainty.

PS- I mentioned the date and time so the company can find out the name of who helped me. Thanks again.

Have to wait a long time to check out. Customer service definitely lacking. At least acknowledged people when they visit your establishment.
