I needed to get my battery tested, upon entrance the employee that had helped me was on the phone. Once he was off i had asked him if they were able to test my car battery, he said yes. I said ok if like to get it tested explained to him I had needed to get it jumped several times this week, nor knowing if it was due to the low temperatures. He said they were short staffed and had directed me to go to another place NOT AFFILIATED with advance auto. I asked if that service was free like it was at their store he said he was unsure and I stated I'd rather stick there beings it was free and they also sold batteries in case I needed one. He said ok you can do that but we can't install it due to the low temp as well. After the hesitation he had given me and another attempt, i felt, to start me away I left. Never giving my business there again.

I needed a certain weight of oil for my car and the store on 22nd Street​ in Hazleton Pa had it..the Store Associate took the time to find it and he did too..
Kudos to this Store!!
