I have been going here all my life, they usually have what I am looking for right there in-store. Never an unhelpful parts person there, so I always get the right part.

Friendly and helpful staff.  Store layout is easy to navigate and stuff is usually easy to find.

I dropped by to grab a headlight and rear taillight for my Camaro, got what I needed and left.  As I crawled in my car, I realized my battery was dead.  I went back inside to let them know I needed a jump.  They sent some idiot who could barely speak English with a portable charger.  He pulled the cables off after about fifteen seconds, ignoring my reques that he leave them on for at least a minute.   He went back inside, grabbed another charger.  Again, he got impatient and pulled the cables off after ten seconds ignoring my requests to let it charge.  He says "You're out of luck, man".  So I went back inside, asked for the manager and asked him if I could get a quick jump off his battery.  He says "I don't do that, bro".  The entire staff refused to use their vehicles to jump my battery.  I sat there for an hour, asking customers to help me.  This is the kind of behavior I've learned to expect out of Kissimmee and Orlando.   Pure stupidity and borderline racist behavior.
