I had the absolute worst experience with this Advanced store. My car's battery died and I called this store to check if they had a battery in stock. The associate who answered said they did after getting my vehicle details. I specifically asked if they would install it after purchase and he told me yes. After hanging up there were a couple of other things I needed clarified and had talked to another gentleman there. My father also called them regarding this issue. I mention these additional phone calls because once I got it jump started and drove up there they tell me I would have to find a shop to install it. I asked him why no one had advised me of this and that the 1st guy had said that they would. He didn't care or apologize for the misinformation. Thank goodness I hadn't turned my car off or I would have been stuck there. I immediately drove to Autozone and they installed my new battery for free after purchase -during a nor'easter no less

It's an older store, but still has all the same selections as any of the others with a friendly staff and very convenient location for there's not much else in the way of Autoparts in the surrounding area.
