Advance Electric was very punctual in doing a small job for me. They sent out two techs who were very thorough. It was great to find someone who would do a small job.
On another occasion I had them come out. We had a small disagreement re whether it was a service call or an estimate. When I expressed my position with Ann, and after some back and forth discussion, the issue was resolved in the client's favor. I am very impressed by their upfront and honest ability to communicate with and listen to clients. I would recommend Advance Electric to other homeowners looking for a competent and friendly contractor.
