Absolutely the worst customer service, they charge you for the product promise next day delivery.. Except they do not have inventory in stock, never tell you they are not delivering it and refuse to identify when they will have back in stock. Now they will not give me the information so I can order it for my 95 year Grandmother. They are only trying to hold on to our money. There is no sense of urgency and they deal with medical supplies. Disgraceful.

Terrible. I rented a ramp for my wheelchair bound mother in law. The price was high, but I couldn't find anywhere else to rent. After two months, I realized that they had already charged me over $1000, when the total rental agreement was for three months at $800. They installation was sloppy and the service mediocre. I'm just glad I got the overpayment back. Stay away.

Terrible if i can give them 0 stars i would. My mother has a medical condition that requires her to use oxygen therapy. Medicare will cover it so they gave us this company to work with. After a month of phone calls saying someone will get back to us in an hour we decided to stop in. The man behind the counter has never seen us before and told my mother that he knows for a fact that she doesn't need oxygen just by looking at her so I asked to see his medical degree which he doesn't have. I then asked for him to show me her claim on the computer to see what is missing, if anything, in order for it to be processed. WELL...they don't do that and all their paperwork is in a warehouse somewhere so he doesn't know what she would need for the claim to be approved and he refused to give back all the paperwork from the doctor and he told me to go back to the doctor and start all over. so now MORE copays for us so we can get duplicate copies and run around to try to get it from somewhere else. I wish I knew who else to report him to because it is disgusting how he can treat people especially senior citizens.

Terrible being waiting for a wheelchair over 6 weeks as of now 12/10/16 haven't got it yet, my mother is 84 years old this horrible. I will rate this 0.plus they dont even call you to update you.....

Same thing here, just horrible delays in getting needed equipment for sickly family member. They don't care in the least. There are so many other medical places, I will never use these people again.
