Terrible. I never got my last check. And I called and got nothing but lies. I did 3456 miles before I quit and they never paid me for those miles till this day. Did 2 years over there before new management came and bought them out. Owner Alex has ignored my texts and calls about my check. It was great before they were brought out. And I did all of the dirty work. Seattle Oregon you name it. Wow!!!!!!!

My experience hear at advance transportation has been a great experience. The staff has been of tremendously great service and helpful when needed. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a opportunity to work for a good establishment such as Advance Transportation.I have been treated with kindness and work has been consistant.

New and well maintained equipment, different steady route or OTR drivers programs, top pay but for top pay you'll need to do top job.

This company will do nothing but lie to you. If you quit they will try to take your money back by force! They don't speak English good so they talk about you in their native language in front of you. They will keep you waiting for work with no return phone calls. Don't let the new trucks fool you either, you won't get one. Instead they will send you out in a truck that's leaking fluid and then when you show them they want to argue with you. The inside of some truck they are filthy and the matress is covered in stains and will claim they don't have another to switch out with. The list continues I could write for hours but hopefully you get the picture. They don't care about their drivers!

My husband and I have been with Advance since October of 2016. When we decided to work for Advance, it was a gamble on both ends (they took a chance on us and we took a chance on them). I will have to say, BEST choice we ever made! 

At Advance, they know who you are by name. They listen to you and your treated like family. 

The whole office staff from the owner ( he treats you like a friend) safety ( which is my personal favorite) to our dispatcher (who is the best) to our recruiter (he is always  there for us) to payroll (turn your stuff in by Monday & no problems)! 

If this is the kind of company you would like to work for, then Advance is ALL of it & more..... You will not be disappointed!
