I had a very difficult implant to get done since my teeth don't extract easily and I have more nerves in my jaw than most people. She was very careful and empathetic towards my discomfort and did a wonderful job in a very stressful situation. I am extremely happy with the job she did and will recommend her to all my friends.

I have very much appreciated the care and concern by the staff at Advanced Care Dental. I feel the treatment my teeth are receiving is topnotch! I have had an apprehension regarding dental work, and they have been more than understanding in helping me get through procedures. My teeth are doing well... and so am I... thanks to Dr. Gardocki and her staff.

I have had problem teeth all my life. Since switching to Dr. Gardocki she has been great at working with me to save the ones I have left. She is great to work with and discuss what to do next and makes any procedures she does as painless as possible. When I walk out of her office I know I and my teeth are in great hands!

Dr. Gardocki was professional and friendly during our initial consultation. Her staff was all great and I was looking forward to working with them. I was stopping by to make the appointments for the work, but still had some quesitons as the estimate was confusing, incomplete and part of it was obviously wrong, and her staff was unable to explain it over the phone. Dr. Gardocki walked into the appointment totally pissed off to have anything questioned. Her attitude did not improve. Her office manager looked completely embarassed, especially when Dr. Gardocki then stormed out of the room after saying, words to the effect that I could just go toothless. Classy. We all have bad days, but she owes me an apology for her unprofessional treatment. Frankly, she can keep the apology, but she should apologize to her office manager who appeared to be humiiated by the whole thing. If I had been confrontational, this would have been a different matter. I was not. Even after the incident I was friendly to her staff. But another thing to note is that my medical history said very explicitly that I was in the middle of a prolonged PTSD episode. Great way to treat someone who is already in trauma. I'm guessing she could have held her crap together if I was handing her the $11,000 of her first estimate (which I'd said clear beforehand I would not be doing) but the mere $2500 I'd have been giving her wasn't enough motivation to be a human being. In addition, that $2500 estimate didn't include that fact that down the road there was another $1800 that no one said a damn thing about. Her unprofessionalism was unacceptable. I feel like a dodged a bullet. In addition, someone who is really good at something generally doesn't need to tell you over and over how good they are. She told me 4 different times how good of a dentist she was. But once was while explaining that she really needs her patients to be knocked out to do her best work that the patient can have the pleasure of paying $450+ for.

From someone who has been scared to death of the dentist since I was a child. Dr Gardocki was a breath of fresh air. She even put me to sleep for the extensive part of my work.
